Sincere gratitude for your workshop on Mindfulness and Stress Reduction for our staff.  It was terrific!  The feedback was extremely positive and I personally enjoyed it very much.

She is a wonderfully engaging, dynamic, creative and articulate public presenter. Anna is acutely aware of her audiences and their needs as adult learners. She is detail oriented - artful and skillful in planning and implementing presentations. I have watched her present many times and she has won me over each time.

Helaine Ortmann,

All members much enjoyed your workshop, and in particular the manner in which you handled the session. Your expertise in mixing seriousness with humour was thoroughly enjoyed. We all came away with a better understanding of one another and consequently, an appreciation of our differences. Without exception, we thought you were awesome.

June Collett, Auxiliary Board Chair

Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital

I just wanted to thank you so very much for your presentation to our staff. I glanced at the feedback forms and it looks like everyone had a really positive experience.  One comment stuck out for me, something like "I usually dread these things, checking my watch all day, but I didn't look at my watch was great".  Another staff said to me that it was just great to be away from 'work' and to laugh out loud.  Your preparation and comfort with the material was were a bit hit!
